Manhole Leak Repair
Manhole Repair Animation.

Gushing Leak Repair
A gushing leak repair using polyurethane chemical grout. This repair was made in an underground telecommunications vault, however this same repair method can be applied to corrugated steel pipe, precast concrete pipe, vaults, box culverts or most any leaking concrete structure.

Soil Stabilization
This animation demonstrates the use of polyurethane resins for both permeation and compaction grouting operations. Permeation grouting saturates the soil with an extremely low viscosity resin. Compaction grouting results from injecting a two component, rapid set, highly expansive structural foam which fills voids and compacts soil by its expansive pressure. This is a similar procedure to the one we use to raise concrete slabs on highways, bridge approaches, and industrial floors.

Sewer Main Repair
8 inch sewer main repair using probe grouting technique.

Repairing an Active Leak in Cracked Concrete
The following video reflects repairs as they are being made to a verticle concrete wall in a parking garage. These same techniques can be applied to make repairs in wastewater treatment plants, underground utility vaults, tunnels and more.

Seawall Repair
Probe Injection of chemical grout.

Seawall Stablization
Seawall stabilization and crack sealing.

Floor Joint Repair
Repairing floor joints.

Highway Soil Stabilization
Injection Probe Technique is employed to stabilize soils and fill voids to halt further sinking of road.

Tunnel Joint Repair
Tunnel joint repair with oakum and grout injecion.

Concrete Slab Lifting
This animation demonstrates the advantages of Precision Lift™ – a custom-engineered foam injection system that stabilizes soils, fills voids and creates a controlled lift of concrete slabs associated with highways and bridges, foundations and floors, driveways and sidewalks. Similar to the process known as slab-jacking, this refined process engages both permeation and compaction grouting.
